Summary: Safe Zone workshop postponed; Placer Pride Festival is May 17th.
We have a busy month ahead of us with our fabulous outreach fundraising party on May 3rd (Did you get your tickets?) and our first ever booth at Placer Pride on May 17th.
Placer Pride: A Celebration for All Ages will return to Royer Park on May 17th from 11am to 5pm. Admission is free and will include entertainment (including the Sacramento Gay Men’s Chorus), food trucks, lawn games and more.
Our booth will share our community’s values and invite people to join us. It promises to be a fun day! A planning meeting will be held soon, contact Deacon Joanie+ if you’d like to help plan or greet people at our booth.
Meanwhile, our Safe Zone workshop will be held on June 28 from 9am to 12pm. Stay-tuned for more info.
