Harvest What You Sow
The theme for 2025 Stewardship season is Harvesting Hope. Last year our theme was Grow Hope. In the 2023/24 year we signed sales papers for the undeveloped land. We have a strategic plan for 25% growth. We hired a new Director of Music. We have two seminarians and are training up the next generation of seminarians. All of this is planting for the future. We planted hope and now the year of 2025 we will harvest what we planted.
St. Augustine creates hope. When you plant hope, you harvest hope. We join God's work of creating a world of hope based on love, justice, and deep connection. This is stewardship. Stewardship is using all resources for God’s glory and the betterment of creation.
Pledging our treasure is one way we can work towards hope. Your pledge ensures that St. Augustine’s work continues. Pledging ensures a strong future for St. Augustine. Your pledge commitment will support the 2025 budget and help to maintain and grow hope.
St. Augustine is a church that glorifies God with our time, talent, and treasure. We are a community that lives our mission to be A Safe Place for People Seeking God. The next phase will be a time of joy, growth, prayer, and community. We will live our mission. We will grow our relationship with God. We will provide hospitality, outreach, and service. We will do all this through the stewarding of our time, talents, and treasure God has given us.
