Brotherhood of St. Andrew
President: Robert Shonk

A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

                                                  Proverbs 17:17

Why does St. Augustine Church need this ministry?

The purpose of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew is to follow Christ's Holy Word and spread it throughout God's Kingdom. It encourages the men of St. Augustine to become more active and supportive of our parish through prayer, study and service.

What do team members do?

  • Pray daily for the extension of God's Kingdom

  • Interact with the other ministries of St. Augustine

  • Strengthen personal spiritual growth through the study of the Holy Scriptures

  • Make continuous efforts to bring others nearer to Christ through His church

  • Listen, meditate and provideinsight to the topic at hand

    Time required:

  • One regular meeting a month (usually the second Saturday of the month at 9a.m.)

Will I work alone or as part of a team?

  • Work as part of a team

  • Individual commitment to prayer, study and service
